The only brand-new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home in this central area, this quality fresh build in a tranquil looped pocket of Lockridge is a prime first-time buyer and astute-investor opportunity, offering an array of impressive features from its wonderfully-central location.
Off the entry, both the second and third bedrooms boast mirrored built-in wardrobes and neighbour a separate second toilet, as well as an intimate main family bathroom with a shower and powder vanity. The laundry is also separate and extends outside for drying.
There is a hallway linen press, whilst the fourth bedroom has its own built-in robe, for good measure.
Easy-care timber-look flooring graces a functional open-plan living, meals and kitchen area, where most of your casual time is destined to be spent. The stylish kitchen itself oozes modern class in the form of sleek bench tops, a breakfast bar, double sinks, tiled splashbacks, abundant pantry and cupboard storage and exceptional electric range-hood, hotplate and under-bench-oven appliances.
An expansive master suite at the rear of the house is the obvious pick of the bedrooms with its walk-in wardrobe and its private light-filled ensuite - vanity, toilet, shower and all. Off the living space, access to a tranquil outdoor alfresco-entertaining area is rather seamless and helps complete this exceptional package, overlooking a lovely secure backyard setting.
A fantastic new playground for the young ones sits just footsteps away from your front door at picturesque lakeside Rosher Park around the corner, whilst beautiful Korbosky Park can be found only metres in the other direction of Morley Drive.
Public-transport convenience comes to the fore in the form of new nearby train stations and bus ports, with the property also close to major arterial roads such as Tonkin Highway - plus Walter Road and Morley Drive East.

Move with Alinta EnergyThe suburb of Lockridge derives its name from a Swan valley property owned by the Hamersley family. The Hamersley's, a prominent colonial family owned a number of properties, and resided at Pyrton in what is now Eden Hill. Part of the Lockridge land became Pyrton Estate which the government developed for soldier settlement in the 1920's. The residential development in Lockridge was commenced by the State Housing Commission in 1969 when it purchased 240 acres for the purpose.
Lockridge is in the City of Swan local government area. Local amenities include Rosher Park, Kiara College and Lockridge Primary School, and the Alice Daveron Community Centre.
