First National Real Estate Busselton are pleased to offer 63 Peel Terrace, Busselton for sale. When location matters, this opportunity should not be overlooked.
This property is situated within the Busselton CBD and only a short distance from the main Queen Street retail precinct and Busselton foreshore. The location provides the best of both worlds in terms of convenience as well as exposure for future potential commercial uses.
The existing home represents a renovation project and includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with character features in line with the c1960s era of construction, including high ceilings, timber flooring, and decorative ceiling features. With completion of a renovation this property would make an ideal character office with access to future parking from the side boundary fronting Cammilleri Street.

The property is zoned Regional Centre RAC3 which provides for medium to high-density residential development including mixed-use residential and commercial development over multiple levels. With the extensive development and projects currently under construction with the Busselton CBD development sites are becoming scarce and harder to get hold of.

Move with Alinta EnergyBusselton is a city located 220 kilometres south-west of Perth and was one of the earliest settlements in Western Australia. The Busselton area was named in honour, an early and notable family of pioneers who were the first settlers in the area in 1832, however the name officially used in June 1835. It is believed that the Bussells were not consulted about the name and preferred the name Capel after a relative in England, Capel Carter, but the name Busselton was retained.
The main economic focus in Busselton has gradually shifted from agriculture to tourism which has grown the district significantly over the years. Not only is Busselton blessed with a beautiful waterfront including calm, white-sand beaches, superb whale watching and a lively foreshore with beachside cycle paths, it also has a buzzing cultural hub with a great food and wine scene.
Busselton is also home to the Busselton Jetty which stretches 1,841 metres out to sea and is the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere. At the end of the jetty there is a world class ‘Underwater Observatory’ which descends eight metres to the ocean floor via a spiral staircase to display an awe inspiring forest of vividly coloured tropical and sub-tropical corals, sponges, fish and invertebrates.
